Vered, or, as her friends and loved ones fondly call her, Vee, has multifaceted identities. She is a single mother of two teenage daughters, an immigrant, an advocate, and a survivor, with education running deep in her core. Her journey has taken her from Israel to New York City, and now she proudly calls California home. Vee holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science and Gender Equity from California State University Sacramento. Vee applies her lived experience through a trauma-informed lens and profound cultural understanding to promote awareness and empower women to heal from domestic violence, break generational curses, and find strength within themselves to thrive. Vee discovered storytelling in 2019 and loves the intentionality of using words and storytelling. “I want to create a safe space for people to share their story and create a narrative that fosters connections, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of life.”

Vee has three cats, although she is a self-proclaimed dog person.  When she is not immersed in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), she can likely be found expanding her collection of gnomes or shoes.
