Story Ambassadors Program 2022

We are currently accepting applications for our Story Ambassadors Program!

The Story Ambassadors Program is a year-long program that trains individuals to lead storytelling workshops in their communities and to facilitate story-sharing spaces.  During the program, Ambassadors will get group instruction as well as one-on-one training to support them in leading storytelling workshops. They will then work with our staff to set up workshops in their own community and lead them over the course of 2022. Ambassadors will receive compensation for their training as well as for each workshop they lead in 2022.

Ambassador initial training sessions: March 7, 14, 21, 28 @ 6 PM – 8:30 PM PT.

All training will be virtual, held via Zoom. After the initial training, Ambassadors will have monthly group “check-in” meetings so that they can continue to grow as leaders as well as one-on-one meetings to support them in setting up workshops in the community. Workshops can be virtual or in-person depending on the comfort and suitability of each Ambassador and the community they are working in.
