Lorelei came to Capital Storytelling in Winter 2020 on a whim, after a friend invited her to a comedic class. Since that time, she has taken a few classes, told a story at one event, and has taken on grant writing for the organization. In addition to her varied roles at Capital Storytelling, she is a Manager for WGU, spouse, mother, creative writer, and Employee Resource Group Leader for the Pan-Asian Owls. Her DEI work extends into her current job as she elicits speakers, organizes events, and advocates for equity within her organization where most employees are remote. Her future aspirations include taking as many trips as possible, including seeing the Northern Lights.
