Share your journey. Find connection. Amplify your voice.

Capital Storytelling invites you to a brave space designed to honor and amplify the diverse experiences of the immigrant community. Through a 90-minute virtual session, you will be guided through reflective exercises and activities to help you discover the true stories within your own life and find the meaning behind them. Participants will have the opportunity to share their stories in a supportive group environment.

These workshops are also a pathway for those interested in sharing their story on stage during our live Immigrant Stories showcase events.

Workshop Dates:

Sunday, May 24th | 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM PT
Saturday, May 30th | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM PT

Each workshop date is identical, just held on two different days. You only need to register for one.

Location: Virtual (Zoom)
Cost: Free (Registration required)
Priority: The workshop is intended for anyone who identifies as a first- or second-generation immigrant. While open to all, priority will be given to those living in the Northern California area.
Instructor: Dra. Ximena Ospina
