Discover Your Story (In Person Storytelling Workshop)

Join us in-person in Elk Grove to Discover Your Story!
Storytelling is the heart of who we are as humans. It connects us and gives meaning to the events in our lives. In this 1 hour workshop, we will come together to discover and reflect on stories in our lives. You will be guided through reflective activities to help you discover your own unique stories and be guided in how to shape those stories. We’ll have an optional story sharing time as well. Come learn about the basics of true personal storytelling in a fun, compassionate, safe space!
Cost is $15. Attendees will receive a $10 voucher from both A Seat at the Table bookstore and Capital Storytelling! To participate, just show up on the day and time of the event and pay at the door. There are no-presale tickets for this workshop! Everyone is welcome.
