Lisa Cantrell

Lisa is a multimedia storyteller and professor at Sacramento State University whose work has appeared on NPR. As the founder and executive director of Capital Storytelling, she trains educators, physicians, researchers, and activists to use storytelling to communicate and transform themselves and their communities. She lives with her partner Paul in an old farm house and owns ten chickens, a bearded dragon, a toad, and a hairless cat named Ophelia who has coincidentally taken over her instagram account.
