As the regional operator of 988 Sacramento\, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline\, WellSpace Health is committed to making conversations about mental health more open\, accessible and connected to the support available in our community. 988 Sacramento provides free\, confidential support 24/7 through call\, text and chat for people experiencing emotional distress\, mental health challenges or a crisis\, connecting them with trained crisis counselors and local resources. Between open mic stories\, WellSpace Health staff will share mental health and crisis support facts and information\, with a resource table available for attendees to learn more\, pick up resources and ask questions.
